DMCA POLICY

1. Overview

Heart 2 Melody Records LLC (“H2M,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on heart2melody.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our DMCA agent containing all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our site (e.g., URL).
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. A valid counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

H2M Records reserves the right to terminate access for users or accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances, at our sole discretion.
