H2M leadership and selected creative partners review every application — talent, portfolio, professionalism, and fit.

Selection & Acceptance

Selected creators are contacted directly. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist.

Creative Team Assignments

Accepted creators are placed into commercial writing teams based on roles, chemistry, and artistic vision.

Writing & Recording

7 days of full-immersion commercial music creation — writing, recording, producing, and developing records under professional confidentiality.

Record Development

Tracks are refined, mixed, and evaluated for catalog development, publishing, and sync consideration.

07

Catalog, Publishing & Placement

Completed records are evaluated for catalog development, publishing opportunities, sync licensing, and commercial media placement — through the H2M ownership and distribution process.

POLICIES

Safety, Privacy & Confidentiality

The exact camp location is only shared with approved participants, staff, creative partners, and invited guests. All creative work produced during camp — including session files, unreleased music, and in-progress creative direction — is subject to professional confidentiality. Participants may not share, leak, or publicly distribute camp-created music or sessions. This protects every participant's contributions and preserves active commercial opportunities.

Guest Policy

Only approved participants, staff, creative partners, and invited guests may be present at the camp location. Outside guests are not permitted without advance approval from camp leadership.

Participant Commitment

This is a full-immersion, 7-night residential camp. All participants must commit to the complete duration (August 16–22), respect the property and schedule, honor fellow creatives, and maintain a professional environment at all times.

Waitlist Process

If participant capacity is reached, qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted applicants will be notified if a spot becomes available.

Application Review

Applications are reviewed by H2M leadership and selected creative partners based on talent, professionalism, portfolio quality, creative fit, and ability to contribute within a professional collaborative environment.
